Contribuiți la feedbackI arrived at the restaurant today at 8:55. The server seemed disinterested and informed me that they did not have the dish I wanted. I decided to choose something else, but the bread was warm and difficult to cut. The server tried to offer me something else, but I ultimately decided to go to McDonald's across the street to eat instead.
I have visited this restaurant four times and only had one positive experience. The service was slow and some ingredients were missing from the menu. The sandwiches were poorly made.
I ordered Uber Eats and requested speck in my sandwich, but received bacon instead. Despite the mix-up, the sandwich was still good overall. I was disappointed to not get the speck I had been looking forward to.
The manager did not let me cancel my order from a closed load and reload my food from this load. I was told that I couldn't cancel an order if it was closed with the load. I asked if they could call him when they open up to help me. She said I'm just gonna take care of my load. I can't help you.
Hands down, the dirtiest Subway I have ever been in. The employee working the counter laid his earbuds on the prep surface where the sandwiches are made. Too bad for me, as this location is very convenient, but I'll not be going back.
