Cicis Pizza - Goose Creek

We've never encountered any rude employees here. Occasionally, I've noticed a staff member who seemed to be having a bad day, but that's extremely rare. It's important to remember that everyone can have off days, and just because someone is having a tough moment doesn't mean they're rude. We visit once or sometimes even twice a month, and I can say that the staff here are generally friendly and helpful. If you do happen to encounter someone who seems a bit off, try to have some understanding – don’t let one bad experience tarnish your overall impression.

Aside from the rude staff, the interior was quite clean. The buffet appeared to be well-stocked, although I didn’t try it myself. Others mentioned that the pizza was fine, but I won’t be returning. Paying $8 for a small salad and dealing with a snappy employee isn't my idea of a good dining experience.

I can't help but give this place glowing reviews every time I visit. Each experience just gets better, thanks to the wonderful people here. Karen, who works at the restaurant, is incredible; she helped me save money by explaining how the buffet works and even arranged for the kitchen staff to make the special pizza I wanted, placing it in the buffet just for me. To top it off, she later checked in to see if I wanted more. This place is truly fantastic—the food is delicious, the atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the prices are very affordable for such high quality. Thank you, everyone. Cicis is my favorite pizza spot in town!

So I ordered a deep slice of pizza with zesty pepperoni and after getting home, it didn't seem to have a marinara sauce! I called Cici and talked to Frances. She told me that the zesty pepperoni choice means that the pizza has a white sauce instead of the marinara sauce! I didn't know that, but I know now. Frances went beyond and beyond to fix my pizza order error. She turned what might have been a terrible experience in a very pleasant. Thank you Frances and your crew for customer support!!! Very appreciated!

We always have a great experience here. If there is anything specific that you want, they are happy to make it for you. The staff is always friendly and very hard working. Frances is doing an excellent job managing this Cici's and we will continue to come back as long as she is still there.
