Sugar Spice - Goodyear

We had been going since we moved here in 2017. The food is good, the bakery food is good. My issue is with the cleanliness. Unfortunately we knew someone that worked there briefly moving here and we were made aware of the grease traps shared with another restaurant and not cleaned. We would often go in and it would have a light smell of sewage. The bathroom (s seem to be consistently out of order (where is the hand washing?!? . The tables for the eating guest are filthy! They literally have a smudgy feeling to them! I've observed the cook not wearing gloves, the last straw for me is when I saw him going through his hair with his hands and immediately those same hands were touching food for the sandwich he was making. I watched him go in and out of different drawers moving all about the kitchen touching various surfaces with his bare hands and then returning to handling food! That is not sanitary! I canceled my order and have not been back.

First time here, the donuts were delicious. Honestly one of the best ones I’ve had in a long time. Going to go back and try food

This is what it's about. Owners who care, hiring students and young adults to cut their teeth. They support local organizations, first responders, and Military. Spend your money here, not at a franchise. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS.

I got the most pathetic BLT wrap and paid close to $9 for it. Very disappointing. I will only come here for donuts going forward.

This is one of the best hometown coffee shops i've ever gone to. I went to this coffee shop one time two years ago, and i've been going almost every day. In my opinion, the best coffee is a vanilla ice coffee with cream, and the best doughnut is a glaze twist donut.
