Subway - Goodyear

I was there for a pickup for a customer when I was there, I was informed that their soda machine did not work and there was only milk juice in the cooler hopefully she got it repaired.

Tuesday at 20 o'clock I was the only one I was not greeted because they were busy cleaning, but after maybe 3min said these young ladies with black hair hallo our ovens are already for tonight and due to almost closing time were out of some things I saw at the time it was 45min until closing time, but I just went out because clearly they didn't want to work they just go home. it was just rude and disappointing

They never have the broth we like, out of tweak, have no vinaiigrette on my sandwich that I told him I wanted. they have not properly charged us, they do not seem to be properly trained. will not be back.

Our experience at this restaurant was awful. We arrived at 8:40 PM, with the restaurant closing at 9 PM, only to find that it was already closed. A parent waiting to pick up their child informed us that the restaurant frequently closes early. A young manager came out, who appeared to be around 18 years old, and stated that the general manager had instructed them to close early. When we asked for the corporate phone number or the manager's contact information, they claimed not to know it. It seems that early closure is a recurring issue at this location. We will not be returning and they have lost our business.

This Subway location is deteriorating, with poorly trained staff that are not very pleasant. Despite its updated menus, Subway is not the same as it used to be. I had a terrible experience picking up my online order for the third time. I will not be returning to this location again.
