Schlotzsky's - Goodyear

Wow. I usually don't post reviews, but the service at this place is terrible. I ordered an original sandwich in the drive about 20 minutes ago and I still wait in the drive-thru delivery place. it's not busy either. I'll come here last time.

This is the fourth time I left here. employees are always very blunt and come very rudely also forgotten, this will be the last time I go here. 3/4 times they screwed my order. the heavy set woman with red hair and glasses is very rude

For whatever reason, the lobby area is closed even though the door was open and there were people inside...the girl told me I had to use the drive thru. So, I did..knew nothing about the food and when asked the voice changed so apparently neither did the drive through person. Then when I got up to the window, I asked why the lobby was closed...the girl looked confused and said, it isn 't . Needless to say my first and last visit to this place!

Picked up lunch here today and had such great service! I went through the drive through and my order was rather complicated. The employee who helped me was very nice, patient, and accommodating. When there was a misunderstanding she was proactive in confirming the specifics of what I wanted. At the end of my visit, not only was my order perfectly correct, but I felt valued as a customer! Thank you so much for the great experience! I will be back!

We ordered small sandwiches paid got medium ones. One sandwich was to be a turkey bacon original got no bacon. They argued with me that my bread was jalapeno cheese bread but it was sour dough they gave my sandwiches to my hubby. No wonder they do not know their breads. So disappointing.
