Absolute disaster! Where do I begin? Order 4 basic sandwiches for dine in, nothing special with no side, no substitutions, and no special requests. It took over 25 minutes for each of them to arrive at different times. Unfortunately when they finally arrived, we had to grab them to go. The photo attached here-in describes the quality of the Big Dipper sandwich received. Without having to say much, you can clearly see that this is pathetic and nothing like what they show on their website or marketing ads anywhere. Nor is it anything a business should be proud of producing. As for the freshness and flavor, I 'd rank it 5/10. The business can respond to this in any way they want, however you cannot argue that this is unacceptable by all measures. Very happy with the flavorful sandwich! I got starvin Marvin with mayo and jalapeños and it was amazing! Over 150 options in sandwiches you will find one you love!
