Pizza Hut - Goodyear

I understand that it was quite busy on New Year’s Eve. The restaurant was crowded and had run out of some ingredients, but they still took the time to complete my order. Although I had to wait for 30 to 45 minutes, I was happy with the pizza. They even offered me a refund. I really like this place; I usually either pick up my food here or get it delivered from the Buckeye location, or I dine in at the Glendale AFB location. Thank you very much!

Hello! I had the pleasure of visiting this Pizza Hut after leaving the military base. The pizza was fresh and made to order just the way I wanted. I do wish it had been drizzled with a bit more olive oil on the crust, haha, but overall, the pizza was fantastic and I have no complaints. The customer service was excellent, and the wait time was about 10 to 15 minutes. I would definitely go back. Thank you!

I ordered pfefferoni, but they messed up my order and gave me a pizza with chicken instead. I returned the pizza, which was the second one I sent back. I've never felt so unwell after eating pizza. I do not recommend this restaurant.

I've been ordering delivery pizza from this place for years, but today, September 10, 2022, will be the last time I do so. They keep delivering their deep-dish pizzas undercooked, which is really disappointing. Since there are plenty of other pizza delivery options available, I don't see a reason to put up with this quality. I've even reached out to corporate offices to voice my complaints.

The service was excellent, but there was a hair on my pizza, and I couldn't take it back because I live in Ajo. There's nothing worse than finding a blonde hair on the food you're eating!
