Toms Coney Cafe - Goodrich

As locals, we dine here frequently and have consistently found both the food and service to be outstanding! The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. The waitstaff is fantastic, always checking in on us and ensuring our drinks—especially the coffee—are never empty. It’s becoming increasingly rare to find a restaurant that excels in food quality, pricing, portion sizes, and service all at once! If you enjoy coney food, the Flint-style coney here is excellent. The blueberry pancakes are packed with fresh blueberries and simply delicious. My personal favorite is the grilled chicken pita, which is also very hearty. As locals, we’ll keep coming back for as long as we can. The menu offers a wide variety of options, catering to diverse tastes. I highly recommend this place!

Sims Cafe is a charming family-run restaurant that consistently serves fresh and delicious meals. Their Greek salad with chicken is exceptional, featuring chicken that is cooked to order for a perfect bite each time. The gyro sandwich is another standout; it's flavorful and quite satisfying. Every dish is well-executed and tasty. The waitstaff is friendly and the service is attentive. I’ll definitely be returning. Parking is convenient with a large lot that has over 50 spaces right in front.

The food was overpriced, and I don’t plan on returning. The waitress was friendly, though.

Stopped in on a sunny Wednesday. Server got us our drinks while we browsed the menu. Lot of choices! Settled on a gyro and my friend got a reuben. Gyro meat was super tender with a healthy bit of tatziki. Friend reuben had lotsa corned Beef and kraut, which made her happy. We both want to go back and try something else.

This is the best kept secret for the town of Goodrich. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
