Red Rooster - Goodna

I pulled off the highway on Tuesday with a huge sign saying special number for whatever price. I went home and my mate and I had a bit of chicken each His was a strip and cooked Mine was a wing and not cooked. I left it and had the same strip only to find we were both really ill. It was an all night long fight and buckets. I see it as I go down the highway and it gives me the shudders. Young people trying to cook quickly does not work with chicken. It must be cooked. DRIVE THROUGH SERVICE.

Have visited the Goodna store quite often with happy results. Staff are always friendly and the store is clean. Food is hot and delicious.

They have a special 10% discount for Seniors Card holders and their 2 roast chicken deal is great to feed a family, or when unexpected guests drop in. If you are in Toowoomba, I recommend you try it out at the Wilsonton store on Bridge Street.

Been going there for about 4 years. Top food, good service had a couple of wrong orders but all in all 9 out of ten.

I visited Red Rooster in Goodna and ordered a BBQ box. I received a nice burger, but the chips were undercooked and the staff was a bit rude. The meal cost $15 and it was placed in a bag instead of a box, which was disappointing. The woman who served me did not mention that the box did not include chicken gravy, which resulted in an additional charge of $2. The service was poor and the staff could benefit from more training. The online advertisement was also misleading. Overall, the service was terrible, but the food was okay. I will not be returning to Red Rooster as I felt ripped off and frustrated by the experience. I would recommend going to KFC instead.
