Little Caesars Pizza - Goodlettsville

This store (especially) a young African American young lady is extremely unprofessional, rude and lack of customer service. I spoke to the owner (short) about the lady, but he basically cleaned my concerns away. This is not the first time I had myself and other problems with her.

Omgoodness we have pepperoni filled with cheese crust. One of the best pizzas we had for a long time!! All right. Come to the one on Langen hollow pike and publix parking!!

I'll be rejected almost every time I shop there. I have a few days where one employee would tell me that she would not do anything for at least two hours, and recently came (during lunchtime) to ask for a simple lunch combination when I asked she said she wouldn't sell her on that day, even if her warmers were generously filled with this very combo. If you want to experience a good service in one of their shops, you will find somewhere else. The White House always treated me well.

Went there today pizza wasn't cut asked them if they can please cut it since I don't own a pizza cutter. This is what I got?

2022 update. I ordered a hot and ready sausage. The guy said there weren?t any ready and it would be 10 min. Totally fine. Then the person after me ordered the same thing and was charged less than I was. Whatever, I went to my car and came back in a few min. The guy went back to help make the pizzas and a lady came out. She asked what I was waiting on and I told her. Then she pulled one out of the hot and ready bin while the guy was yelling at her that he was pulling my pizza out of the oven. I asked why I had waited 8 min for something pre made and she said she didn?t know and then ignored me. While this is an improvement, customer service is always awful. Thanks for reminding me why I don?t eat here. 2021The lady who took our order was wearing a mask, but the man who made our pizzas was not. Three of the four of us got sick throwing up in the middle of the night. Can?t help but wonder if the guy who made it had a virus and passed it to us.
