Krystal - Goodlettsville

If there was an option for ZERO stars, I would do that! the line was wrapped around the building with cars and the no one had orders on the intercom still there was a sign that drove to the window. After waiting for a few minutes on the intercom, I drove around and nobody was in the line. go into the window and the dame says that she didn't know someone was waiting because she went to the bathroom and her handy muted and never turned it back. I told her there was a line waiting for me. she took my order and didn't kill me. the car behind me finally moved. while they were called to fix my food, the cook and other workers in walking around are talking and playing. she comes into the window to tell me that it will be a second because the chef can't find his phone and he's looking for it. am I serious? that was so unacceptable! I'm not as fast as possible.

Food was ok. Half of my order was not in the bag. It took forever from the time you paid until the time you received your food. It’s like the didn’t cook your order until you paid. I was in drive thru no joke about 40 minutes. I would go back I believe it was an employee shortage is all.

Terrible service Service is slow and disrespectful. Will not recommend this establishment to anyone.

We drive out of the county to this location because it's always worth the wait. Unfortunately tonight our order came out wrong but considering our town is out of so much...I scrapped my onions off and was grateful. Very sweet service window attendee.

Really sad state of being that Krystal has fallen into. I've been eating here for my entire life, and it's gotten to the point where we can't really even order anymore.Always super short staffed, and corporate is discontinuing chili, corn pups, and chicken strips...I get the pups and chicken, but CHILI?!The last time I came, the poor guy working the kitchen couldn't stop coughing enough to take my order. When I asked if he was ok, he said I'm really sorry sir, it's just... The smoke in here When I pulled up, it was like they had a fire inside. Everything was covered in a hazy smoke, and the few employees were doing their best to keep working. ?The employees do their best, but sadly it's just not sustainable anymore.Every trip is met with it'll be 15-20 mins for burgers. I have a feeling they'll not be able to last much longer, which sucks.There's really no comparison between Krystal and White Castle, Krystal has ALWAYS been better.I sent corporate an email explaining my concerns 2 weeks ago.~nada~Sigh.
