The staff at this restaurant are consistently friendly and welcoming, always working hard to serve customers efficiently. I'm impressed every time I visit.

It seems like either laziness or a lack of attention caused my order to be incorrect. I asked for a Reese's Snickers Blizzard but received a Snickers Blizzard with M&M's instead. How does that even happen? Additionally, I've noticed that the burgers tend to be quite dry.

Poorly run, witnessed a person get fired, an employee take a personal phone call after the phone was thrown at her, F bombs, and the interactions b/w employees made me think I was on a hidden camera skit or on a poorly written comedy sketch. Will definitelypray over my order before it is eaten.

Real OLD SCHOOL, the DQ has been an anchor of the Goodlettsville downtown area for decades. Not a big as some others but the great ice cream you expect from DQ and certainly the old school customer service. Definitely worth the short drive from theinterstate for a treat. Will be back.

I encountered an issue with my mobile order, but the owner personally took the time to resolve it and ensure my order was perfect, especially with the lunch rush starting. Meanwhile, the other staff efficiently managed the line. I truly appreciate that level of customer service.
