Captain D's - Goodlettsville

We ordered a family meal, with a side of shrimp and cheese sticks. I requested ketchup, honey mustard, cocktail sauce, vinegar, and tartar sauce. When I got home to serve my family, there was no tartar sauce or cocktail sauce. There was a mix-up, and I ended up spending over $36! No one wanted to eat the fish without tartar sauce.

The service at this restaurant is always quick and welcoming. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. They even have a large illuminated sign that they turn on at night to let customers know they are open.

The service was fantastic and quick. The food was cooked perfectly and served hot. I highly recommend Captain D's in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. 5 stars all around!

We have a fish dinner that was on the car thru was grouchy, grumpy unpleasant. hopefully she will survive, stop or be fired

The top was not securely closed on my hot seafood gumbo and when the lady gave me my bag I took it and sat it down and it turned over and poured out all on my seat. All the lady said was Im sorry and walked away fast and did not offer me another one after I spent right at $35.00 for total meal. The fried okra was not all the way done and the hush puppies were mushy and the fries were cold.
