Sonic Drive-in - GOODLAND

Sonic is not a place I would really describe is good eating. it's fast, it's just cheap. they move into the parking spaces for the outside order and the car experience. but this place is somewhat different. any other sonic I've ever done is soley an outer-ery. when the weather was bad, they will rain and wind in their car. this is different, however. it can not be unique there very good hundreds on thousands of other locations out there that allow them to dinate in. but I thought it was unique because I've never seen one. they could enter the building order inside and raise a seat and eat inside. in this place everything was clean. everyone was nice and friendly. there was absolutely no one working there, who were even far from rude. it was a refreshing experience. we sat in a slightly separate room and the air conditioning was fantastic. Normally I am not one for the attention to the air conditioning, but there was a hot day that the room was kept beautiful and cool. eating was not fantastic. it's a sonic. but my husband was in order, the pommes were good, just a little salty, and my buddy ordered a burger there and he said it was really good.

Thanks sonic team! I didn't know you were doing breakfast too. you saved my day with a great meal. especially thanks to the young man who took my order, served it and then offered to do auto hop! they are the best member of this sonic team.

Fast, cheap and tasty. they have good loudspeaker boxes and the location moved along fast enough there were actually parking.

Ordered our food, 2 chicken dinners and a popcorn chicken. Took almost 20 minutes to receive food. Chicken dinners did not come with gravy like they were supposed to. Staff lied and said chicken dinner haven't come with gravy in 5+years. Chicken was over cooked and rubbery. Could hear staff in the kitchen area having vulgar conversations and complaining about staffing issues in the dining area. Witnessed an older couple stand in line for almost 15 minutes before anybody came to take their order. Customer service was severely lacking. Disappointed with service here.

My friend and I just went to sonic in Goodland Kansas and we found a little white clear pebble in our milkshake and we go back into the store to ask for a refund they give us the refund but then they also continue to explain to us why they think we’re lying and that we put the pebble in there ourselves... Terrible terrible service! If you have to deal with aman named Dale working there I wish you luck! They also took the little pebble so we could not take pictures of it to prove or to find out what it was. If I could give less than one star I definitely would!
