Smoothie King - Gonzales

I waited for approximately 20 minutes and realized that the restaurant was busy. When I was instructed to move forward, I did so and waited for an additional 3 minutes. I understand that they were busy, but unfortunately, after all that time, I received an under blended, chunky slushie.

I ordered an angel food smoothie with pineapples online, but when I picked it up and got home, it was not what I ordered. I went back to Smoothie King to inform them of the mistake. The employee at the window rudely took the incorrect smoothie, threw it in the garbage, and gave me the correct one. The way I was treated was unnecessary and I will not be returning to this establishment again.
