Casa Maria Mexican Grill Gonzales

Used to be one of my favorite spots but prices have skyrocketed lately. Just can?t pay exorbitant prices for average Americanized Mexican food.

Service and food were great, as always! And, I was even able to bring my German Shepherd to dine with us on their patio. Keep up the great work, y'all!

The food was not as good as we were hoping for. The queso fundido was definitely not as good as Las Palmas. The service was good but other than that, I think there are better Mexican restaurants around.

We were there with a rather large wedding party. The two waitresses did an outstanding job of keeping things rolling. Drinks for the most part stayed full and chips were flowing. Would have rather the food come out as it was ready verses all together.Prices were a little higher than you would expect!! Highly recommend the fish tacos....highly don't recommend the chickentortilla soup (looked like chicken soup with veggies).

Awesome service! You won 't go wrong with any meal you choose. Tip: plan a dessert date with anyone and order their buttery 'slap yo mamma ' (my emphasis) apple pie.
