Buffalo Wild Wings - Gonzales

We've been to BWW restaurants all over the country, from New York, to California to Minnesota to Florida. This visit was the BEST EVER, all due entirely to CODY, the bartender. He exceeded expectations in everything he did! He deserves a promotion and huge raise. He is a credit to BWW!!

I haven't been to a BWW since before Covid, but we popped into this one after an LSU game and I am glad I did. The best BWW experience I have had since 2014. Great Service! Order was 100% and everything was super fresh. Live to Eat!

Service was horrible took 1 hour to get waited on, the the server left and we never got our food

Idk, lately the food quality has declined. This is the second poor review I've given because I ordered a bogo 6 piece boneless on the app. They came without sauce, I went back in, was told I ordered without sauce so I asked for some. Even though I picked up before they said my order was ready, my chicken was hard cold. It's such a disappointment because I really liked BWW.

Been here 1hour and 30 min and still aint got my food! Update: they said they didnt put my order in smh!ive heard terrible stories about this place in particular (i loveeee bdubs) but this is the 2nd time ive been here and had this exact same thing happen!
