In the mornings, you can hear the staff using foul language, which is particularly upsetting when you're trying to relax with a small child. Why should clients have to listen to the staff's problems right outside their window every day? The only option for dining is the café associated with this establishment, and the food prices are ridiculously inflated. We ordered a pizza and waited two hours for it—two hours for a pizza that turned out to be store-bought. Honestly, this experience was disappointing.

I've stayed here before, and everything is great: delicious breakfast, cozy and clean room, and the staff is very friendly!!!

Отвратительное отношение персонала. Горячо не рекомендую, рядом достаточно нормальных кафе. Хозяевам надо что то менять, например уволить текущий некомпетентный и конфликтный персонал

Крайне стремное место, грязно, сломан диван, сломана полка, поесть нечего и негде, персоналу пофигу на посетителей, дерут бабки, не оплачивайте пока не посмотрите все мелочи, потому что вам их не вернут.
