Sam's To Go - Goleta

Sam's restaurant always has the best sandwiches, they are so fresh and delicious. The friendly woman behind the counter always brightens my day. Sam's has surpassed Huagie's as my go-to spot. Sam's is the best local sandwich shop in town.

The service at this restaurant is friendly and nice. I ordered a sandwich and enjoyed it. The menu can be a bit confusing and takes some time to go through. I was looking for something similar to an Italian sub and was recommended the No. 11. It didn't have all the toppings I usually like (oil, salt, pepper). The bread was good and the filling was generous. It was a convenient stop for lunch on my way to the beach before my flight home. Just be aware that they charge extra for credit card payments, which I wasn't aware of until I paid.

Skip the subway, get to Sam?s and get the #11 with everything. You're welcome!

I hadn't visited this restaurant since my high school days (I'm now 35), but decided to give it a try for a late lunch. I ordered a veggie sandwich with all the fixings (lettuce, spices, avocado, tomatoes, greens, pepperoncinis, olives, onions, cream cheese) and added bacon. It was hands down the best sandwich I've ever had, filled with fresh ingredients, and only cost about 8 dollars. I won't be going back to any of the chain sandwich shops in the area; this place is the way to go. The service was incredibly friendly too. I would absolutely recommend it.

Had a mini submarine sandwich here. The selection of different types of meats was good. I definitely enjoyed this great product to support our small businesses. I definitely will be back for lunch.
