Wait person does not check on the customer and is very slow in serving. Food that should be hot coming to the table is cool. She pays more attention to the bar than to tables in her area. She is not polite either nor attentive. The Longhorn steak has also gotten considerably thinner. This steak is not the size they claim on the menu. I noticed one couple waited for about 15 min. before they were paid attention to. A young man, Coby, paid very good attention to his customers. I will have to make sure he waits on us in the future!
