Bojangles - Goldsboro

This was my first experience at a Bojangles where my morning grilled chicken sandwich was correctly made—no cookie for the bread, and they actually remembered the tomatoes and mayo!

I went to lunch today and tried the Cajun chicken sandwich club. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry and old, the bacon didn't taste fresh, and the salad was soggy. To top it off, there was no lemon in my tea. I ended up not eating much of it at all. I won’t be coming back.

I was quite disappointed this morning. I ordered a sausage combo with hashbrowns, two sausage biscuits, and a grilled fillet biscuit. However, when I got home, there was no gravy and just a plain cookie instead of what I expected. I also found a Cajun fillet biscuit in my order. To top it off, the hashbrowns were soggy and lukewarm. The only thing they got right was the two sausage biscuits.

The food was very good today with the pork pulled? very generous with the meat, staff very friendly and professional, but bathroom are dirty, washbasin had food particles in it, manager must address this one area because if a customer sees a dirty bathroom he or she will notice that the restaurant in general is unhealthy to eat in it. The staff kept the area clean, so... look after the bathroom and earn the 5?

Painfully slow drive through experience. Multiple visits and each one results in a near 30 minute wait in the drive thru lane. Consistent theme with the Bojangles franshises operated within Wayne County. Food is good, if you can ever get it.
