You should allocate at least a few hours to visit this place. It's beautiful and definitely worth the time. There's so much art and history to appreciate here. Be sure to check out the nearby Stonehenge, which is located about four miles east. You can also enjoy the views at Maryhill State Park, located just on the hill of Stonehenge. If you’re coming from Maryhill State Park, don’t miss the local wine tasting venue – it’s a wonderful experience! They will love their day here. I recommend reading more about the location before you visit; it will enhance your experience!

This museum boasts an extensive collection of diverse artworks. I was particularly impressed with the Rodin section, and the chess pieces were simply stunning. In the basement, there's a lovely café that serves good food. The woman who attended to us was very friendly and accommodating. The view of the Columbia River was truly breathtaking! I would highly recommend visiting this museum.

Family friendly museum. Beautiful gold plated furniture, a fantastic chess collection, and of course wonderful art in all it's forms. Fun lawn sculptures for the kids to enjoy. It even includes a cafe with delicious sandwiches and a large variety of beverages. We had the veggie, turkey and provolone and grilled cheese sandwich.

It did not go inside, but enjoyed all the beautiful sculptures around the park. that was my favorite.
