Contribuiți la feedbackI want to give this place a zero, but for those with no allergies.. this place is okay.We had a major issue and it was handled poorly. Our kid is allergic to dairy (as in we have to use her epipen if ingested). We asked for her burger to have no cheese and to be lettuce wrapped. Got our order and you could see that someone in the kitchen had poorly peeled off the cheese from the burger. So we went back to get it remade. The staff member accused us of trying to get our meal comped and that we were lieing.1. We didn't ask for money back2. There was clearly still cheese on the burgerThey finally after huffing and puffing agreed to remake the burger. But it was a fight. We always do our research before going to eat out so we knew what she can and can't eat there. So if you have allergies.. I guess prepare for a fight?Dietary restrictions: Would highly recommend staying away from this location as their staff needs training on this.
The burgers at this place are fantastic, just the right size for a meal and not greasy. Chips are always fresh. One of the great support systems in our Canadian road trip.
Was here a couple of times and had breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is good, and burgers are great, too. It's a busy place to go because there's a lot of tourists and truckers dining . Other than that, it's a good place to go for a quick bite.
I am a delivery driver so I tend to have to eat on the go. A u0026W is usually my go too, but lately it has been exceptionally hard to get my order correct. For some reason when I ask for no mustard some of the people ring it up as no uncle sauce or no teen sauce, but it still has mustard on it after I asked specifically for no mustard…..there is one guy there that always gets it right and it says no mustard on the receipt. For some reason the other people there can’t seem to figure it out. Probably going to stop going here because of it.
Staying in Golden so that we could visit come of the parks in the area. Apparently, it is graduation week so most of the restaurants are closed. We stopped off at A&W due to hubs craving and the fact that my McDonalds app wouldn't work in Canada lol.I hadn't been to an A&W in ages but the food was hot and fresh. The best thing was root beer mug frosted. Too bad they don't seem to have soft serve in Canada to make floats.Am I a snob cuz it doesn't feel right to give a fast food joint 4 stars?
