Caribou Coffee - Golden Valley

I don't have strong opinions about the quality of Caribou Coffee, but I wanted to share my experience because the employee who helped me today was incredibly personable. I wish I had caught her name! It's amazing how exceptional service can really brighten someone's day. Keep it up!

I really wish I knew her name, but she was there this morning at 6:30 when I went to get my coffee. She's always so attentive and addresses me by name, which I absolutely love. I ordered online today and usually get water with my order, but I couldn't add it this time. However, when I walked in, she greeted me with a big smile and already had the water ready for me. It just shows how well she knows her regulars, and it truly made my day. Every time I visit, she is friendly and always shows appreciation for her customers. One day, she even remembered what my usual order is. I think she's the best, and it really feels like she genuinely cares. Signed, China.

You should definitely check out Lunds & Byerlys (which has a Caribou Coffee inside). I not only enjoyed a large cup of coffee, but I also discovered an incredible grocery store that far surpasses the average chain options. It's a fresh experience, with high-quality products, and the coffee is excellent as well. I'm really glad I decided to stop by!

I usually find everything I'm looking for and if I don't cashiers or others working there offer other ideas. Their adds add to what I'm I buy. They have discounts and sales that are good too. You can save a lot sometimes. Check their weekly adds.
