The Bridgewater Grill - Golden

I dropped by for lunch on a Friday and had a wonderful experience. We started with Shishito Peppers, which were absolutely fantastic. For my main course, I ordered Fish and Chips, while my wife opted for a side salad topped with chicken. Everything was well-prepared, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed great views of Downtown Golden.

Rosa’s Green Chili is absolutely fantastic—definitely one of the best! We frequent this restaurant regularly. The food is outstanding, but we’ve noticed a significant difference in the service between the mornings and afternoons, as well as on weekdays versus weekends. The long-time staff delivers exceptional service, while the newer staff could use some improvement. I suppose we'll stick to visiting in the afternoons for now.

We really enjoyed the patio! It's conveniently located near the river walk trail, where we learned about the area's rich history afterward. My husband and I decided to try the buffalo meatloaf, and it was absolutely delicious. The garlic mashed potatoes complemented the sweetness of the meatloaf sauce perfectly. The service was also good. They have an open bar with a wide selection of beers and wines, although there isn't a cocktail menu.

Everything was delicious with lots of flavors that can not be beat! I would definitely come here again. Service was great. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly staff and great waiter service. Great selection of drinks, salads, burgers, and other items. Nice covered patio seating along the river. Though it wasn't cheap, the food had great presentation and was very flavorful. Would definitely return!
