Martin’s Famous Street Tacos

Have been loving Martin's Catering for years. Was so happy to learn they had a sit down restaurant. My family and I visited and were greeted with a bright, spacious, and inviting establishment.We ordered the Super burrito, Bimbo fries, and home made quesadillas and Sopes. Everything tasted delicious and was freshly made to order. The Super burrito was big enough to share between my husband and I. We want to try the KING burrito on our next visit!The staff were awesome and so welcoming. Just traveled from Orlando the day before where I had amazing Carnita tacos so I figured while I was back in Rancho Cordova I'd give this place a shot for my on day here. Customer service with five stars the ladies behind the counter extremely nice and polite. The tacos were OK not the greatest not the worst but OK when you hear street tacos you don't expect the creamy guacamole to be on top of them tacos--what you expect is two corn tortillas with meat cilantro and onions and some limes and if it's a really good place radishes. I Did try the beans which were really really good the highlight of the meal probably won't come back here again so I can try to find a more authentic Mexican place.

How do you make a quesadilla taste so freaking good?! It’s just cheese and tortilla! Like…off the quesadilla alone I’m only coming here when I want Mexican food from now on. I got a quesadilla for my son because he’s only a year and two months and I taste tested it for him and I wanted to get them for myself after that but we already left. Plus I had the nachos and super burrito. But man…that quesadilla was like seasoned good or something but if they can take something as simple as cheese and tortilla and make it great, imagine what else they can do. Probably one of best Mexican spots I’ve been to in my almost two years of being in California.

Been to Martins twice and have yet to be disappointed! Their flour chips are ?…shrimp tacos are awesome and definitely get the churro with the custard in the middle. You won’t regret it! I have a reminder set in my phone to go on Thursday for barría tacos because they always sell out and don’t make again till the next Thursday. Also, they have the nicest people working there who are very attentive. 5 stars!

One of my favorite places to eat. Such a wonderful group of people. They make you feel like you've know them for years. Food is amazing as usual.
