I recently had the pleasure of dining at Willy's food truck in Gold Hill for the first time, and I was truly impressed by the food. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I appreciated that Albert, the chef, was more than willing to accommodate my needs. My burger, topped with grilled mushrooms and onions, was exceptional! After chatting with Albert, I learned that his background as a professional chef and his passion for experimenting with new flavor profiles really elevate the dishes. It was quite a hot day, so I was also thankful for the shaded seating area. Overall, I would rate the food a 5 out of 5!
