I went to the restaurant to enjoy a drink and the view, only to find that clouds were obscuring almost all of the scenery. However, it was still a wonderful spot to grab a drink and enjoy some live music.

The food is delicious, generous and pricing is very reasonable. the view is sensational. Make sure you use your pass well and see the day and night view. Staff and service are both professional and friendly.
