This is a place that was bought by another place called Pigs and Pints". There was two fish options and the rest was meats. The information on the site is inaccurate and a let down.

I highly suggest trying the sticky pork ribs, potato skins, and super crunchy house-cut fries at this restaurant! I was very happy with how accommodating they were to my gluten-free requests. I highly recommend this place!

We stayed at the q1 on holiday and on the last nite we decided to order in and it was one of the best decisions we made , their food was amazing , will definitely be goin to that place again when we are over there next, highly recommend

We were lucky to stumble across this wonderful little restaurant whilst holidayimg on the Gold Coast. The seafood was among the freshest we have experienced. It was so good my husband went back for seconds. Service was excellent and we will definitely be returning. Well worth seeking out!

Chef James Brady has opened this excellent Fish Restaurant in the heart of Surfers Paradise, in the Q1 building. I was so impressed with the price as well, it means you can go more often. The ambience is just gorgeous, I felt like I was in a London Pub. I ordered the John Dory (grilled), which was perfect. They offer two sizes, so for those who are not overly hungry, or for the little ones, the smaller option is very satisfying. The chips are really crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. I loved the choice of accompaniments as well. They are licensed, and offer wines by the glass and local craft beer on tap. Take away is an option, if you would like to eat by the ocean. There are plenty of other seafood delights on offer as well, including oysters, prawns, scallops and mussels. I love the way the fish is the star of the plate, with no fancy broths etc. It is delicious old fashioned fresh fish and chips at a very good price. Try to save some room for the apple crumble. The tram stop is right out the front. They are open Tuesday to Saturday from midday to 3pm for lunch and 5pm to late for dinner. I cannot wait to go back and try something else. This restaurant is a breath of fresh air for the Gold Coast.
