This has happened multiple times before and we are frustrated with the consistent mistakes. We tried calling McDonald's several times but received no response. It's not just one missing burger, it's the missing item every time we place an order. What is happening with their service?
I waited 35 minutes in the drive-thru, then an additional 7 minutes from the speaker box to the window. Once I received my order, there were missing items. The staff inside seemed to be moving slowly and inefficiently, making the experience frustrating. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I will not return to this restaurant. We were ignored and eventually instructed to order through a menu kiosk. This would have been fine if it actually worked, but we experienced three "out of service" messages while trying to order. We were ignored again until we decided to leave. McDonald's, your service is terrible and it seems like you don't care about customer satisfaction or your reputation. I am thoroughly disgusted.
This was a really frustrating and disappointing visit. I walked in to order breakfast on way to training at the hospital. I got in the machine was playing up. I finally ordered and got my meal as I was on my way to training I tasted my coffee frappe with had caramel I didn’t request and also a burnt taste. There was a missing hush brown the one that was there was cold and dry. The breaky burger was dry and cold and the pancakes were like warm with no syrup. I had no time to go back so my sister stopped into shop on way to get syrup. And then when I called they were uninterested in my feedback. Very disappointed I spend almost $40 for that. I dont often get takeaway and this was very upsetting.
Everything about this place is slow! Staff are oblivious to the piling orders, food sits for ages before getting table service. Burgers and chips cold. Sent the chips back as they were cold from sitting so long. Waited close to 20 minutes for our order. The staff need some direction, morale an energy boost!
