Qualista Beach - Goeynuek Mahallesi

I have come to this place a couple of times, and I am incredibly dissatisfied with their service and the behavior of the workers and servers. First of all, they charge different prices for the same service each time, and the servers can not speak any foreign languages; it is tough to communicate. They are trying the fooling the customers, and this is not acceptable at all! Beautiful place but lousy management!

Qualista is actually an amazing place, beautiful decorations, lovely atmosphere, nice food and good music (Anatolian Sessions!! , We come here on a regualr basis since 3 years, you dlfeel like on vacation even only 30 minutes away from our home. BUT lately they have gone out of hand with their pricing politics... We came during the weekday, but yet ALL sunbeds were reserved (even during Bayram there was availability , they could leave some open for people passing by, like us. But anyway, they offered us to wait in case someone wouldn't show up, we said that we would wait with a coffee at the restaurant section. BUT they said it costs 500 tl for just the table. Eventhough we said that we would order coffee, also that we were waiting for sunbeds... Why charge 500tl for that?! Just sitting? At a place i didnt want to sit in the first place? İ guess some people actually do pay that and because of them we have to pay for just sitting, nothing included. So we decided to leave, probably wont be back soon if they continue such pricing policies. İ understand everything got more expensive in the world, also for us, not just for them. Yet we do still wanna go for a good time, but they seem to not care about old customers.

Moonlight beach was out favorite and our first visit for year 2022 was a huge disappointment. First of so called beach club concept and the loud music broke the spell of the tranquility. Music is too loud made it impossible to sleep, rest or have a conversation without shouting. Service became too slow and worst of all cleaning and hygiene seems like became less important. Toilet is terribly dirty, changing room stinks, tables are dirty....

Good place with good food. friendly staff. Tables outside. They have internet. Some friendly cats walking around outside

The windy weather staff not permit to open umbrella, very high volume of music and they cannot make lower, not clean sand, impression 50/50…
