Skatan Bistro - Goeteborg

The quality of this restaurant is that we couldn't even place an order; the service was not available at all. It was strangely closed, how can it be possible to book a restaurant visit when it is not open?

Comfortable small city pub with a cozy atmosphere. The food is okay, with a classic pub character, but the kitchen should skip adding balsamic cream on dishes when it doesn't fit the dish! It just becomes overpowering and kills other flavors in the dish, so a little more green salad would be nice. I missed a non-fried fish dish, as there was only fish n' chips available.
