Restaurant Via Regia - Görlitz

A species of plants thriving in warm and tropical climates; the reception of this facility gives the guests the same heat. Proprietor, Marion clearly takes care of his premises as much as he does his customers. The visit to this place has... a bit more to most local restaurants, from the back terrace overlooking the river Neisse to an elaborate facade. The labyrinth of a dozen cellars all connected house some pleasant restaurants so that for a perfect way to spend an evening with someone special. Opening hours: from 11.30 to 14.30 and from 17.30. Directions: From undermarket, marking the town square, it is 3 minutes walk down the hill in the Neißstraße. You can get Staromeijski Bridge almost one stones away down. It allows easy access to the Polish side and the most important historical sites that the city has to offer.

That's it! Everyone should try the pork steak Acanthus (Pork Steak with vegetables, cheese and pommes) once in his life! The beer garden (tables in an open area in the rear part of the restaurant) is also amazing and offers a beautiful view from the river Neiße. The service is also very friendly and surprisingly fast. I can only recommend.

Great food, discovered in June and ate there twice when we returned in December. Quality of meat and sauces are a cut over most restaurants in Germany, Beautiful location in the basement of a very old building. Try to go the nights Stephanie works... if you are not a German speaker, she speaks English and is very helpful. They have separate areas for smoking not smoking with excellent ventilation.

Very interesting cozy inn located in a far-fledged cellar laboratory, where beer was previously stored in barrels. This place breathes history! You can look at all the corridors of Labyrinth, visit. Small, fine card with delicious dishes of a small selection of drinks. There's something for everyone. The service was very friendly. The waiting period was appropriate. We really liked it.
