Food was great. Service was not had to ask another waitress to get our waiter just to order drinks then he disappeared and we were waiting a good 10-15 mins...

El Mezcal is the closest Mexican restaurant to my new home. It's not the best, but when you're craving some South of the Border fare, it does the trick....

Food is amazing, everytime we go our waiter always gets it right! And if it just so happenes to be wrong they fix it right away!!

We love el mezcal! absolutely the best and most authentic Mexican restaurant east of stl! we were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff, from the moment we entered the building. they let us sit quickly and serve our chips and drinks. they held our glasses and chip/salsa filled. our food was cooked to perfection, hot and timely brought out. huge portions! we stayed one because to chat and nobody rushed us out of the door. very welcoming and family-oriented atmosphere. the bathrooms were clean and well stored. we will certainly return and bring friends! recommend them el mezcal! good food and wonderful host!
