Pizza Hut - Gloversville

So. I ordered a pizza for me and my family. Very simple. It never came. Then Nobody would answer our call. Terrible place and should be closed.

Came into the store to dine in and was told there not open at 1130... sign says 1030 and doors were unlocked. Bad business. Explains why the Google rating is a 3.0

Great service and atmosphere. Had a group of 13 and everything was done right with professionalism.

I placed an order online and literally realized i wanted to change it as i hit send so i tried calling the store repeatedly. Over 10 minutes of calling and nobody would answer the phone. When i finally got someone she said it was too late my order was done and that i had to keep it. I couldn’t change or cancel it. Last time i got pizza from there i had to put it in my oven and finish cooking it because it wasn’t cooked, the cheese wasn’t even melted, which made the crust super hard because it was cooled and recooked. This Pizza Hut is terrible. There is always an issue. I have had only 1 good experience with them in all of the times I have ordered but there aren’t many places to choose from here in Gloversville and my daughter likes the chicken alfredo.

I never leave bad reviews and I have no idea if this will get to the right personI ordered pizza and breadsticks today and messed up the time on the app so I called the store not a person answered even though there had to have been someone there because my pizza is on my counter not only am I frustrated with myself for messing the time up I also called for over 30 min for a Pizza Hut employee and not one answered I will not order from there again I would rather drive farther away for better service or for a employee to learn how to answer the phone
