Mad Batter Cafe Nook - Gloucester Point

Angela made my wedding cake and it was absolute PERFECTION! It was one of the most delicious cakes I've had in my life! Everyone who had a piece couldn't stop talking about it. It was also gorgeous to boot! Angela was super flexible, accommodating, and easy to work with and her professionalism and skill were super comforting among the chaos of wedding planning. Highly recommended!!

Just stopped in here for the first time hoping to get a few cupcakes to celebrate a special occasion, but there was no one there to help me. I waited for a few minutes while browsing, called out for someone to come to the counter, but I don't know where the workers were. I'm disappointed because the cupcakes look awesome, but I couldn't purchase one and didn't feel comfortable walking behind their curtain(which is behind the counter) to ask for help. Maybe I will come back one day, so I hope there is someone waiting to help customers next time.

This lady makes the best icing and cupcakes, ever!! Her flavors are amazing and spot on! She has an amazing variety of flavors each day to choose from. Her bakery is just off Rt 17 South on Hickory Fork Road. Well worth a visit. Oh, and did I mention she sells books to!!

The design and taste of the cake and cake pops was absolutely perfect and exactly what I had envisioned! All of our guests loved the cake! Working with Angela was so easy due to effortless communication. Will definitely come back!

So far the best made from scratch muffins around here. My FAVS are blueberry ,banana nut, blueberry streusel, and the mini loaves of zucchini, pumpkin and banana nut bread.But the carrot cake with cream cheese icing is as real as it gets....You can taste the cream cheese!
