Prince Gourmet Innes - Gloucester

This place used to be good. New owners, new name… Stay away! Ottawa generally has really good shawarma but this place makes the driest sandwich that you’ll ever have. Everything from the chicken to the sauces are not good. My large sandwich cost 16$ and they barely put more than a palmful of chicken. Never going back here!

Ate here a couple of weeks ago.I have never had worse.First the portion was ridiculous for the price. Chicken was so dry couldn't even chew it. Nothing but disappointed. And ended up being sick later. Don't get me wrong I love shawarma; and ottawa has a bunch of great places. But if this was what I would get from other places; I'd never touch it again. Sorry.

I got the family combo, the chicken and beef was extremely dry and had little flavor. The potatoes were also very dry and I don't think they put seasonings on them. I have been a customer in the past and I deeply enjoyed the flavor, I am not sure if it's a change of ownership or just a bad night. I was deeply disappointed was the product that was produced.

Had shared a family combo and I must say I was NOT impressed. The chicken was dry as if it had all the moisture sucked out of it and as well as hard. Potatoes had 0 flavour following a very sad portion of salad.

I'm very disappointed, I've been coming here for 3 years and have been very happy with the food and service. However recently the sandwiches are a hit or miss and today my sandwich was more pita then filling. Sad to say that for the last 5 times I haven't been happy with the quality of the sandwich.
