A&w Canada - Gloucester

Ordered though Uber Eats. They forgot my coffee, sent cold pancakes with no syrup or butter (i requested two syrups to try to ensure I got one), an undercooked and cold hash brown and I didn’t even try the sandwich as I needed to order a whole new breakfast (from McDonalds). Such a failure I won’t even try this location ever again.

Love it! My gf and I enjoyed the food and the service was great. The cashies was friendly and did not ask too many upselling question. The rootbeer cup was cold and I got the best rootbeer in Canada. Love it and please keep up the great job guys!

I come regularly to this location and order anything that's new. I come sometimes on Mondays but mostly other days. On this Monday, the two girls behind the counter did well but lacked any form of politeness. I engaged them, but got nothing back except the basics. Otherwise food is always great. Could use a cheeper price on the onion rings and I would order them again. I miss as the open plate breakfast with real cutlery. Is that gone forever?

I love A&W. Their beef, chicken, and even sweet potato fries makes this one of those rare commercial chains that can be a comfort food. The staff are friendly and do their best to get your orders ASAP with care. I always come back here and their quality and service has been consistently good!
