Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Gloucester

I waited for my order for 15 minutes, and when I asked how much longer it would take, the staff member rudely questioned if I noticed how busy they were. I explained that I had placed my order before everyone else in the restaurant. They were unable to process a refund. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I frequently visit this restaurant for lunch when I need a quick meal during my breaks from showing homes.

The smoothies at this restaurant were delicious, but wow! It was almost $20 for just two drinks after tax. They were good, but not worth that high price.

Quick lunch options ...I often go here for lunch in between showing homes.

The woman Shweta(? working the morning 10/28, 5 stars! Poor woman was all by herself and still maintained great customer service, very nice/friendly! She worked as quickly as she could.
