Little Caesars Pizza - Gloucester

There was a slight hiccup with a new employee, but Little Caesars went above and beyond by sending extras to make up for it. Their customer service was fantastic. Let's give a break to the new guy – we've all been in that position!

This was my first time trying this place, and it was fantastic! The prices are also quite reasonable. DoorDash suggested it, and I'm really glad I was hungry.

I have ordered pizza on three different occasions over the past six months, and each time the pizza and breadsticks were undercooked, almost raw. For the last order, I had to finish cooking it myself in my oven.

Little Caesars is often not recognized for its customer-friendly service, but the Gloucester location was a pleasant surprise. After we patiently waited for our pizza to be prepared for delivery, one of the staff members came to our car with a smile and cordially handed us our order. What a delightful experience!

There was some confusion with the order delivery. It took longer than expected because they believed they had prepared my order, but it turned out to be someone else's. On the positive side, the food was hot when I received it.
