Purchased approx. $60 of food from this location on Christmas eve. The roast beef was terrible. It was the rarest roast beef I have ever eaten, and I enjoy a good roast beef sandwich. The meat was cold, and I ordered a hot sandwich. It was cold because it clearly was not cooked. The King's roast beef in Salem MA is much better. The Gloucester location is terrible. I do not recommend this location.

Simple place with straightforward menu but it’s hit or miss. Sometimes I dine in and it’s always quick to get food, but usually the restaurant is a bit dirty.Half the time pizza is late or cold. This was the last time for us tonight, told 40 minutes for delivery (just a single large cheese pizza) took 1hr 20 to get it delivered
