Jersey Mike's Subs - Gloucester

(Food allergy sufferers, see below. Went during lunchtime and it was very busy, and very slow. It's a small facility and a bit cramped. They seem properly staffed and everyone was friendly and working hard. It was just a slow process. They slice the meat and cheese when ordered, which is a great touch. Love the rosemary parm bread. They offer hot and cold subs. I had oil and vinegar, I did see mayonnaise, but not sure if they offer mustard. Few options for toppings. But, I enjoyed the turkey and provolone sub. The sub is really good, so it's not necessary to have a ton of toppings. A 6inch sub came to $8, that's without chips and drink. I like they offer online orders. Food allergy sufferers: this is a cross contamination nightmare. They wear gloves, but don't change them between orders. They only use 1 slicer for all cheeses and meats. Even if you order no cheese, the meat will be sliced on the same blade as the cheeses before you. The cooktop is small and they place different meats and veggies on the same grill. They offer gluten free, but again, everything is placed on the same surfaces. The toppings are kept in a small space, for example, I had onions on my sub even though I didn't ask. She just grabbed it accidentally when grabbing lettuce. Please be aware if you have severe food reactions. Overall, I recommend this location. Would like to return when it's less crowded and give myself more time to read the menu and try other things.

I love this place! Very good food quality and the customer service is great. This specific store never deserves less than 4 stars

I'm not quite sure what's going on with Google Maps, but I followed the directions exactly and ended up here. I'm not sure how that happened, but something tells me this might be a prank.

I visited this location for the first time today, and I'm unsure if I'll return because of a rude comment made by an employee during checkout. My daughter mentioned that she's been there several times and encountered the same person's attitude before. On the positive side, the subs were quite good.

The subs are excellent! We really enjoy them, although they are a bit on the pricey side.
