It says temporarily closed, but it looks permanently closed; they take the signs. Too bad. I ordered the spirited Macchiato daily and they got it right every time, which was often not true in other places. On the bright side, the Happy Humpback Cafe over the street becomes more business.

The Matcha latte is excellent! Full-bodied and creamy High quality at price ratio Better than the Starbucks version and cheaper. Has no immediate laxative effect Only disadvantage is it presweet so you can not ask for splenda instead of sugar

Well located, good parking, beautiful building and service.

Good frozen coffees, the sriracha sandwich thing is a little weird but I recommend giving it a try!
