Pizza Ranch - Glenwood

When our order was accidentally messed up the first time, the manager (owner? fixed our order and delivered it to our home himself. He did everything he could to make sure our experience turned around and made for a great meal! Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I don't like giving bad reviews. Ever, but this place is like something I've never seen. Not using names but I will say the male I was talking to was very respectful. Every other pizza ranch I've gone to will allow you to take your crusts if you have a dog at home. I have 2 dogs and wanted to bring the crust home because I really can't eat them. I have no teeth. I know ironic huh? Man with no teeth eating pizza. I asked for a little box or bag or just something to bring the crust home. Was told they don't know if that is allowed. I'm paying for the buffet. The crust is still part of the pizza I'm paying for. I asked if another person could come and talk to me too see if they knew more. Not a manager. I'm no Karen. They sent a teen to tell me they don't do it. Stated The same thing to them. The crust is part of the pizza I'm paying for. I'll buy a box or something to take home the crust and show that's all I have in there if they wanted. I guess they did talk to the manager in the back, but didn't seen anything but teens working. They brought me back a box and told me this was the only time they will do this because it's not allowed. Don't know if I'll be going back there again and I really love pizza ranch. Looks like my business is going to Alex for pizza. At least I can keep the crusts there and take them to my pups. Kid-friendliness: My great nephew was well taken care of. The male that rang us up made faces at him and made him laugh. He was great. Wheelchair accessibility: You can get a wheelchair in, but the is only a few places you can sit with them.

Overpriced pizza and they seem to be only open when they want to be Hello Dominoes? Update 5/7/23 Pizza is over an hour late today. I called the Ranch 3 times. The person answering the phone must not know how use the phone system as she kept hanging up on me So my wife was driving through town and stopped by the Ranch to get the pizza They told my wife the pizza was attempted to Be delivered but no one answered the door sorry try another excuse lol then told her the driver had the wrong address then they said they tried calling me lol Lies are not an acceptable I’m pretty sure I’m going to be eating frozen from now on, until Dominoes comes to tiwn 8/17/23 update I tried calling 2 times this week . The first time I called a couple times, no one answered the phone Tonight I tried to order and the automated message said they had to close at 2 for unforeseen employee issues or something to that effect I am glad Casey’s in Glenwood is blossoming again unfortunately they don’t deliver
