The Blue Bird Cafe - Glenwood Springs

During our Christmas holiday in Glenwood Springs, we decided to enjoy a relaxing day and stopped by Bluebird for a light lunch. I really enjoyed their vegetarian sandwich—it was fresh and flavorful! It came with a side of chips, which was a nice touch. The atmosphere of the place was fantastic, featuring live musicians and beautiful artwork on the walls. It was truly an eclectic experience! If you're in Glenwood Springs, this café is definitely worth a visit!

I had a wonderful experience at this coffee shop! The staff was friendly, and I was delighted to find three excellent vegan options on the menu. The chef is open to feedback and eager to explore more plant-based offerings. I ordered the everything bagel sandwich, and it did not disappoint. The chef is relatively new, and when he joined, the only plant-based choice was avocado toast. Since then, he has introduced two more options and is actively working on expanding the vegan selection. The staff was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. As a vegan, I felt fortunate to discover this gem of a coffee shop, which also offers oat milk!

Wonderful food and attentive staff! They offer fantastic breakfast and lunch choices, along with delicious plant-based options. I'm a big fan of their rich coffee and spicy chai tea!

Great service! We only ordered drip coffee, in my opinion, if the drip is good, so is the espresso! Great price and offered groundless for just a bit more! I wish I had photos, this coffee shop was warm, friendly and a place where I could spend hours with friends. Will be back when in Glenwood Springs!

Great coffee shop, excellent food, but not the best drip coffee in town. If you're looking for the coffee shop hang out vibe, Bluebird is the place to go in Glenwood. If you like Latin-American, strong roasted (aka, somewhat bitter, like a dark roast) coffee, you'll also enjoy this place. Personally, I don't care for the coffee, but the atmosphere and food options are worth it. Gluten free options available as well, including the quiche, which is delicious. Board games and ample seating provide a unique gathering-place atmosphere reminiscent of a small college town. Evenings sometimes have live music, apparently.
