Customer service left something to be desired. Could hardly hear and understand the employee taking my order. The shake i ordered wasn't vary Thick could pour it out of the cup. Ordered 3 different stackers the burgers were burnt on two of them. Differently will not return to this one in glenwood springs Colorado
Staff ignores inside customers if drive thru is busy, not even a hi though they looked over at us multiple times. Then as we waited with other customers to order they locked the door so customers couldn 't come inside (about 6:15/6:20pm). We wanted to sit and eat and not a single table was clean, neither were the bathrooms. Then on top of everything the food was cold. Oh, and the blizzard was only mixed half way down (we ordered smalls) so half was just plain vanilla ice cream. I could go on but you get the idea...
With my food order, I ordered a cup of ice. I pour my pop in the ice and enjoyed the drink. When I got back to my hotel and finished my drink, I poured out the cup only to find three dead bugs. Two stuck to the side of the cup, one in the bottom of the straw. Absolutely disgusting and I’m nauseous thinking that I most likely ingested some of these as well. If you can’t keep a clean, sanitary establishment, you need to shut the doors permanently.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I work in the food service industry, and I have nothing but patience and respect for fellow industry workers. But every time we go here, even when all we order is a couple Misty Freezes, it takes an extremely long time and most of the time they don’t get the order right. A cherry misty freeze and a strawberry kiwi one shouldn’t be that difficult to remember. Like, they will literally give us something that’s completely different than what we ordered. It’s probably because they simply don’t listen to you at the drive thru. I think this location has serious management and training issues. I really love the food, and it’s unfortunate that this is the only Dairy Queen in the area unless you want to travel to Grand Junction.
