Starbucks - Glenview

I had a little mix-up with my order, but Ezra was incredibly kind and took the time to help me sort it out, even though he was busy. The woman who handed me my drinks was also very sweet—unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she had short black hair and glasses. It's clear that this place has dedicated and patient employees, especially considering how busy it was this morning. Thank you!

The location is decent, but the tea was quite disappointing. I understand that it's primarily a coffee shop, but if you offer tea, it should be more flavorful. On the plus side, there is nice outdoor seating available.

The staff and service at this restaurant are exceptional. I truly appreciate their friendly demeanor and warm smiles. Thank you!

As a former Starbucks employee with years of experience, I consider myself a discerning critic. However, Gwen and her team consistently exceed my expectations. Every morning, my mobile order is ready for pickup, and I am always greeted warmly. They are quick, courteous, and efficient, delivering a delicious beverage every time, regardless of how complex my order is.
