RA Sushi Bar Restaurant - Glenview

We arrived with a reservation to find the restaurant was out of business and had closed. Note on door said to come to Lombard location. It is still on open table as open. You need to mark it closed. We were not very happy to say the least we had driven there (3 cars) and had to find elsewhere to go. Other people walked up to eat there as well said had reservations. Very disappointed we were not alerted. Confirmed reservation the night before.

Made a reservation. Got to the restaurant location and guess what??? They were closed .... out of business at that location . Bummer!!! We thought maybe they moved to a new store location. We called the phone number and got a recording thanking us for making the reservation and looking forward to serving as a meal. Then informing us of all their other locations. So we quickly had to make another reservation and drive another few miles to another restaurant. Restaurant we made the new reservation atWas still in business. Lucky for us we got to eat dinner.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed when our party of 6 arrived, even though we had made a reservation on Open Table earlier that afternoon. It was disappointing to find the building vacant.

Got seated right away and food arrived fairly quickly! Service was amazing, one of my favorite sushi places

Food was great. Service awful. Friendly staff but perhaps not trained well. Staff placed new drinks and food on the table without taking away any used glasses and dishes leaving us with an overcrowded mess. We had a spill that the waiter was told about but he never came to dry up. We had to go get our own napkins and silverware from a pile next to the bar.
