Mcdonald's - Glenview

I never knew a mcdonald could be so perfect. I know most get a bad rap because eating is always cold, sloppy, etc. not here. I'm working so on a week and these mcdonalds always have the freshest food and the workers are super nice. top notch for fast eating!

The gentleman who took over the order of my sohnes had excellent customer care eating was fresh.

The order was completely wrong, with one McChicken missing the patty and a burger with mold on the bun. The workers were standing around on their phones. I will not be returning and will be making a call to complain.

Is it really hard to read the order? how could they screw it up?

This McDonald's location should be closed. When we tried to place an order, the store manager informed us that they don't have any employees available to take our order. Despite being short-staffed, the staff was not willing to help, even if we were willing to wait. This McDonald's is one of the worst around - they are slow, always get the order wrong, and the manager seems clueless. The customer service is poor. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.
