Dolce & Co - Glenside

I love this place, especially there take home pot desserts! I would highly recommend them for dinner parties or really just any day of the week!! YUM

We came here as it had been reviewed in an article naming Adelaide's best spots for ice cream.We drive here to experience it and the only flavour they had was vanilla.We didn't even bother to try it as frankly we could not understand why it had received such an amazing review as an ice cream destination if it only had 1 flavour.Perhaps their other branches have lots of flavours.

I find it a bit distracting here in the middle of the centre with people wandering around and through the tables.The food is ok but it's not a huge choice and I like my Coffee hot! Not lukewarm and I don't care if the Barista thinks being cooler spoils it.It's not bad, don't get me wrong it just wouldn't be my first choice.

We often eat in Burnside Village, but after our first lunch course at our usual venue, we escape the noisy holiday crowd for a quiet coffee and cake. This café has a quiet setting in the middle of a wide pedestrian precinct with tables and chairs set in a spacious location. Lunch and in-between choices are available. I am disappointed when my ordered cappuccino with lots of froth is delivered as little more than a flat white. It also comes with a paddle-pop stick, although I notice that more favoured guests receive a real teaspoon! The difference in this café is the cake: a range of well made and somewhat exotic choices. Our nicely presented 'crunch' is delicious. So for rating, Average + 1. However, we are unlikely to forsake our usual eating place in future.

How long does it take to make a cuppucino between two staff and no customers except me. TOO long! So P...d off nearly left and wasn't even going to ask for money back. Too busy being busy to worry about customers. Will remember next time....Plenty of other places to go at Burnside Village.
